What’s a great thing about being LGBTQ/ gender non-binary? Having a community that is right there with you is such a blessing. I’m so grateful to have friends that are in it with me that I know won’t judge me because we are all in it tomorrow.
What’s something that is difficult or a worry because you are LGBTQ or gender non-binary? I think everyone struggles with the fear that we won’t be accepted by our close friends or family just because of who we are attracted to or how we identify, and that’s been a big struggle of mine growing up that I’ve had to deal with.
What do you hope for your life? I just hope to be happy with however my life turns out, no matter who I end up with or where I am. I just want to be content.
What state or region are you from? Utah!
Who inspires you? Honestly, all my LGBTQ+ friends inspire me so much. They’re all living their lives and are there for each other no matter what struggles we have. I love them so much.
Anything else you want to say to the world? I can’t wait for the day when we are done judging people for their sexual orientation, gender identity, race, etc. I am hopeful for the future and I hope it comes sooner rather than later.
